This project was the conversion of an early 20th Century commercial building with apartments above to serve as a late 20th Century gourmet food store. The first project executed by Mr. Howorth as a principal, the project earned recognition in both Architecture and Progressive Architecture, two of the (then) three major American architectural journals.
